Overview
A configuration and identity review of a sprawling multi-account cloud estate that had grown faster than its guardrails.
The challenge
Years of rapid growth had left the client with hundreds of over-privileged roles, public storage buckets, and no consistent baseline across dozens of accounts.
Our approach
We reviewed every account against a hardened baseline, mapped and cut excessive permissions, closed public exposure, and codified guardrails so drift could not silently return.
The outcome
Public exposure dropped to zero, privileged roles were cut by more than two thirds, and automated guardrails now block the misconfigurations that caused the problem in the first place.
